Are your items new or used?


We specialize in recycled car parts, but some items might be rebuild or even new. This will be indicated on the product page under Parts Classification.


Are your items for RHD or LHD models?

Our parts come from the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) and unless otherwise indicated, all come from right hand drive (RHD) vehicles.


I can’t find the parts I am looking for. Will you be able to supply them?

Our database has access to over 1 million parts from suppliers all over Japan. If you can’t find the part on our website, unfortunately we cannot supply it. Since the database is constantly being updated, the part might become available at a later time.


Can you supply LHD parts

If you are unable to find the left hand drive part on our website, unfortunately we cannot supply it.


Can you supply aftermarket parts?

In general we deal with original car parts only. However, depending on the car that arrives at the salvage yard, we might have a used aftermarket part available every now and then. If you are unable to find it on our website, unfortunately we don’t have it available at the moment.


I did the checkout, does it mean my order is placed?

When you checkout, an automatic e-mail acknowledging your quote request will be sent, but your order has not been placed yet. We will calculate the shipping costs based on the parts you’ve selected and the destination, and get back to you with the total quote. You can check the estimated shipping quote in our PAYMENT & SHIPPING page. After you receive the invoice from us and the payment is completed, your order will be processed.


I am an individual buyer. Is it possible to just purchase one or two items?

This website is created for bulk orders and the prices on this website are based on bulk orders for shipment by sea container. However, we do supply B2C as well through eBay! Please check our eBay store or contact us at ukeroo@elady.com


Shipping & Payments


My location is not included on the shipping page. Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Please contact us at ukeroo@elady.com and provide us with your exact location and we will get back to you with a price quote.


When will my order be shipped?

The container will be dispatched from Japan within 2 to 3 weeks after confirmation of payment. The shipment duration will depend on the destination.

I don’t have enough parts for a full container yet. Can you hold the items until I have added more items?

If you had already paid for the container and the parts, we can store the items at our salvage yard until you have gathered enough items to fill the container. Please kindly understand that we cannot hold any items before payment is received.


What if I received a damaged / not working item?

We specialize in recycled car parts and the parts will have traces of usage, but they have been tested and are in good, working condition. Our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to solve any issues that might arise. If the part you received was damaged during shipment or is not working properly, please contact us as soon as possible at ukeroo@elady.com and provide us with the details, item ID and photos of the damage.


What if the order I received is not complete?

It is possible that some items didn’t fit in the container. In that case we will always contact you before the container is shipped. The items can be kept to be shipped with your next order, or we can work out another solution. If you didn’t receive any notice about items not being included in the container, please contact us at ukeroo@elady.com as soon possible. We have created an excellent system to ensure that all the items you have ordered will be included in the container, however, we are humans and unfortunately mistakes could happen. Of course we will make sure to solve any issue to your satisfaction.


What if I received the wrong item?

We have created an excellent system to ensure every customer would receive the items he ordered, but unfortunately mistakes could happen. Please contact us at ukeroo@elady.com as soon as possible and we will make sure to solve any issue to your satisfaction.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by wire transfer. We can also accept payment by Paypal, but please note that there will be a 4% Paypal fee added to the total cost of the order.
